SBL Food and Nutrition Offers Nutrition 101 Program

Learn what carbohydrates are and what they do and how much protein a person really needs during a free program entitled “Nutrition 101” hosted by Sarah Bush Lincoln Food and Nutrition Services. The program begins at 6:30 pm, Tuesday, August 7, in the Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education, Lincoln Room, located on the north side of Health Center.
